The new GEBHARDT Galileo IoT platform offers customers the possibility to digitalise and network their complete intralogistics system in a cloud. By creating a digital twin within the platform, plant expansions and changes can be visualized by using Augmented Reality in the form of 3D holograms. Due to the continuous Condition Monitoring, customers can access real-time data at any time, which allows early detection of impending downtimes and necessary maintenance work (Predictive Maintenance). As a result, maintenance and repairs can take place at scheduled times, reducing downtime during ongoing production. Such an approach has a positive effect on the service life of components and machines. Via dashboards, users of the GEBHARDT Galileo IoT have all data of the material flow system in view.
